About Us
Career Jump Pty Ltd is based in Darwin, Northern Territory and was founded in 2014 as a local business consultancy. It was born out of frustration of seeing some great opportunities lost, having solutions and innovative approaches that took forever to enact due to the approval processes, priorities and paperwork in large organisations.
Darwin can sometimes feel a million miles from the other capital cities, (especially when you’d like something from Myer or IKEA) but our remoteness has made us incredibly adaptable and resourceful, as well as enabled us to forge strong networks across the nation.
In March 2020, when COVID19 brought lockdowns to us all, and working online from home became the “new normal”, we were already experts in online delivery. We’ve been delivering services, training and consultancy online to interstate clients since 2014, when it seemed ‘strange’. When COVID19 struck, Narelle‘s full time executive role was made redundant and she joined the company to coordinate our programs. We quickly pivoted and lead the way in converting and creating online services as well as trained others in how to adapt effectively to living and working with others in the new online environment.
Although our permanent team is small, we have excellent networks across industries in all states of Australia and regularly collaborate, partner and subcontract on programs to meet client needs. Our reputation in facilitating outcomes for people undergoing complex career transitions due to involuntary or medical reasons is well established and highly sought after, as is our training and face-to-face delivery.
We now have individual and corporate clients across Australia and regularly work with people in Europe and the United Kingdom.
Contact us to discuss your workplace needs for training, career transitions, leadership coaching and change.
